Nuzella - Privacy Policy
Purplit Inc. ("Purplit", "we", "us", "our") built the Nuzella mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes the how we collect and use your personal data through our App. It also describes the rights and options available to you with respect to your personal information.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Information you provide directly to us or we receive from third parties
We may collect information directly from you or from other companies with whom you have a relationship.
- When you create an account and register for or use our App, you provide us with information such as, your email address, nickname, gender identity.
- When you login with a third party account, we receive information about you from third parties including from other companies such as Facebook, Apple and Google. For example, we will get access to information such as your Social Network Service (SNS) account information, nickname, email address, date of birth, gender, profile information (depending on your choices)
- When you start using the App, we collect user-generated contents, including messages, photos, that you choose to share, transmit, broadcast and/or upload on our App.
- If you contact us, we collect the information you give us during the interaction.
- Users may provide information about you as they use our App, for instance as they interact with you or if they submit a report involving you.
Information about your use of our App
When you use our App, we will record and collect the following information (collectively, "Analytical information"):
- IP address from which you access the App. We can also identify your geo-location via your IP address.
- Device information, including device type, operating system version, time zone and your preferred languages.
- Usage information, such as the time and date you accessed the App, the features you used, your preferences and for how long you use an App every time you launch it.
Links to other websites, devices, apps and features
Our App may enable you to connect to other websites, devices, apps and other features, which may operate independently from us and have their own privacy notices or policies. If you accessed a website, product or service provided by a third party, including through the App or Company's website, such third party may also collect information about you. Please see the privacy policies of each such third party for more information about how they use the information they collect. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any exchange of information between you and any third party.

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
The main reason we use your information is to deliver and improve our App. Additionally, we use your info to help keep you safe and to provide you with advertising that may be of interest to you. 3. WHEN AND HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION WITH OTHERS
Since our goal is to help you make meaningful connections, the main sharing of users’ information is, of course, with other users. We also share some users’ information with service providers and partners who assist us in operating the services, with legal authorities. With other users
You share information with other users when you voluntarily disclose information on the App (including your public profile). Please be careful with your information and make sure that the content you share is stuff that you’re comfortable being publically viewable since neither you nor we can control what others do with your information once you share it.
If you choose to limit the audience for all or part of your profile or for certain content or information about you, then it will be visible according to your settings.
With our service providers and partners
We use third parties to help us operate and improve our services. These third parties assist us with various tasks, including data hosting and maintenance, analytics, customer care, marketing, advertising, payment processing and security operations.
All of our service providers and partners are only authorized to access and use your personal information to the extent this is necessary for them to provide us with their services and they are not allowed to use this information for other purposes.
For corporate transactions
We may transfer your information if we are involved, whether in whole or in part, in a merger, sale, acquisition, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, bankruptcy or other change of ownership or control.

We may also share information: (i) if disclosure would mitigate our liability in an actual or threatened lawsuit; (ii) as necessary to protect our legal rights and legal rights of our users, business partners or other interested parties; (iii) to enforce our agreements with you; and (iv) to investigate, prevent, or take other action regarding illegal activity, suspected fraud or other wrongdoing.
With your consent or at your request
We may ask for your consent to share your information with third parties. In any such case, we will make it clear why we want to share the information.
4. SECURITY AND DATA RETENTION
We retain personal information as long as we need it for the purposes for which it was obtained or until you ask to delete it. If you ask us to delete the Information, we may still have to retain it to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
We implement measures to reduce the risks of damage, loss of information and unauthorized access or use of information. However, these measures do not provice absolute information security. Therefore, although efforts are made to secure your personal information, it is not guaranteed, and you cannot expect that the App will be immune from information security risks.
5. COMMISSION FOR COLLECTED PERSONAL INFORMATION
For carrying out services, we commissions external professional companies (subcontractors) to process personal information as follows. This commissioned works for processing personal information is carried out by each subcontractor and service only if necessary for providing that service.
In commissioning process of personal information, in order to secure safety of personal information, we supervises and ensure to expressly state in the agreement with subcontractors so that those subcontractors will safely process personal information by strictly complying with directions regarding personal information protection, keeping personal information secret, not disclosing it to a 3rd party and being liable for accidents and returning or destructing personal information upon termination of the commission or process.

6. YOUR RIGHTS
Privacy laws applicable in your country may give you the following rights:

7. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
